Technology is moving so fast, that the one constant today is change. Employee burnout is a very real and serious thing now in 2017. More employees are doing more and getting paid less than ever before in history. The owner was shutting down for the day and it made me realize the kind of sacrifice that it takes to run a retail / restaurant / offline business. I felt grateful for the fact that I am in an online business which does not have the kind of overhead of an offline business and which makes it so much easier to reach customers.
