Since YouTube pays notoriously low on a “per-impression” basis, it is almost always better to publish courses on Udemy, where Udemy does some of the marketing for you.
If you are a high-energy “personality”, then it may be better to publish on YouTube, but that would be better for entertainment as opposed to education.
