How Do I Make A Passive Income?

This is Dave Espino and someone just asked me "what are your passive income sources," so I thought I'd just share some of my passive income sources.

Passive Income Through Online Courses:

My primary passive income is from online courses. I have over 60 online courses that I've published in various marketplaces and various self hosted platforms across the Internet. The traffic comes through to buy those courses and when they do that, I get paid and I get paid whether I'm working or not, whether I'm at Church, whether I'm shopping, no matter where I am. I'm getting paid through these passive income sources, so my very favorite way of earning a passive income is to create an online course, sell it for a high ticket, and use a sales funnel, which is an automated sales process to sell that course.

Passive Income Through Affiliate Marketing:

Another way that I make a passive income is through affiliate marketing. One of the ways that you can do affiliate marketing is to promote that program, either using videos or email marketing. Now I happen to have a good email list that I've accumulated over the years so every time I send an affiliate offer to that list, a certain percentage of those people will buy the affiliate offer. If it's a really good affiliate program, they will have what's called sticky cookies which are cookies that get embedded in that person's computer so that even if they don't buy right then but they do buy some time in the future, then you have the opportunity to make a commission at that point in the future.

That is awesome. I received some really exciting, unexpected commission checks from just doing that, so those are two of my main primary passive income sources. The number one source is the online course business. I'm so excited about the online course business that I wrote a book all about it and I'd love for you to have the ebook version. It's called The World's Most Perfect Business. You can get it at DaveEspino.com/freebook. I hope you found my information helpful, and I'll see you next time.
